How is this mid-range vs luxury?

Same parks and guiding philosophy, but comfort lodges inside/adjacent to parks, drive-in routing and inclusive house drinks rather than premium lodges, fly-ins and private conservancies. Wildlife is identical.

Are park fees included?

Yes — park, crater and concession fees are included in the quoted from-price. We itemise them in writing before any deposit.
